1. Trading Disclaimer

ES1Levels is an independent tool built by a private subscriber of Adam Mancini's Substack newsletter. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to Adam Mancini or his Substack newsletter. All trading analysis, levels, and strategy referenced in the indicator originate from Adam Mancini's publicly published newsletter, which subscribers access independently.

No guarantees of performance

Past performance of any trading indicator or strategy is not indicative of future results. The levels, scenarios, and alerts generated by ES1Levels are automated translations of publicly available newsletter content and carry no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or profitability.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. ES1Levels is a tool to help you follow Adam Mancini's published plan — it is not a signal service and should not be treated as one. Always conduct your own due diligence before executing any trade.

2. Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Access to ES1Levels requires an active paid subscription to Adam Mancini's Substack newsletter. By subscribing to ES1Levels, you confirm that you hold an active Mancini subscription and understand that ES1Levels is a complementary tool, not a replacement for that newsletter.

Subscriptions

• ES1Levels is currently offered at a founding member price of $10/month.
• Subscriptions are processed via Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Access to the TradingView indicator is granted manually within 12 hours of a confirmed subscription on trading days.
• You will receive an email confirmation once TradingView access has been granted.

Cancellation & refunds

• Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• 6-month subscribers retain access for the full period paid. No partial refunds are offered for unused months.
• If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at olivv@es1l.com within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

Access & TradingView

• The ES1Levels Pine Script indicator is published as an invite-only script on TradingView. You must provide your TradingView username upon subscribing to receive access.
• Access is granted to one TradingView account per subscription. Sharing access credentials or your TradingView username with others for the purpose of bypassing the subscription is prohibited.
• ES1Levels reserves the right to revoke access in cases of abuse or violation of these terms, without refund.

Indicator updates

• The indicator is updated each evening after Adam Mancini publishes his daily newsletter, on trading days.
• No updates are guaranteed on weekends, public holidays, or days when Adam Mancini's newsletter is not published.
• ES1Levels is not responsible for delays in Adam Mancini's newsletter publication schedule.

Acceptable use

The ES1Levels indicator is for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, copy, or reverse-engineer the indicator code. The source code is protected and hidden on TradingView.

Changes to the service

ES1Levels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. In the event of permanent discontinuation, subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused subscription period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.

3. Privacy Policy

What data we collect

ES1Levels collects minimal data necessary to operate the service:

• Email address — collected via Stripe at checkout, used to confirm your subscription and contact you about access.
• TradingView username — provided by you, used solely to grant indicator access.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. ES1Levels does not store or have access to your card details.
• Verification word — when you use the Mancini subscriber verification gate, the word you enter is sent to our server for comparison. It is not stored beyond the verification request.

What we do not collect

• We do not use tracking cookies or behavioural advertising.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to operate the service (Stripe for payments, Netlify for hosting).
• We do not collect data about how you use the TradingView indicator.

Third-party services

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Netlify — website hosting. Subject to Netlify's privacy policy.
• TradingView — indicator delivery. Subject to TradingView's privacy policy.
• Make (Integromat) — automation of the subscriber verification system.

Data retention

Your email and TradingView username are retained for the duration of your active subscription and for up to 12 months after cancellation for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion at any time by contacting olivv@es1l.com.

Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at olivv@es1l.com.

Cookies

ES1Levels does not currently use tracking cookies. The website may use essential session cookies required for basic functionality only.

We may in future add Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, session duration). If added, this will use cookies and the policy will be updated accordingly. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. You may opt out at any time via your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.
